Fortnite Season 8 Map

Fortnite’s Season 8 map has revealed itself with drastic changes. As we suspected, the northeast portion of the map has completely changed.

Major Map Changes In Fortnite’s Season 8

Lazy Links Is Gone

Lazy Links, formerly Anarchy Acres, has been completely removed and replaced with Lazy Lagoon. Lazy Lagoon is one of two new POI’s added in Season 8.

Wailing Woods Is Gone

Wailing Woods, a point of interest since the launch of the game, has been axed and replaced with a volcano.

Tomato Temple Is Gone

Press ‘F’ to pay your respects, Tomato Temple is gone and replaced with a volcano.

The Block Is Moved

Previously located north of Wailing Woods, the Block has been moved to the western side of the map.

Risky Reels Added

Risky Reels has returned. This is the first time we have ever seen a POI removed from the map and returned to the map at a later date.

Sunny Steps Added

A brand-new POI added in Season 8, northeast of the volcano.
